One of the day's standout conversations was the TELLY Winners Powered by Creative Cypher panel, moderated by Vee L. Harrison. Panelists CC Randel (A Mind of Its Own), Andrew and Adrian Nuno (Final Frame), Queen (Captain Zero), and Eric Almond (The Village) shared honest conversations about their creative journeys, the realities of filmmaking, and the perseverance required to bring meaningful stories to life.
Rather than focusing solely on their successes, the panel encouraged aspiring creatives to embrace the challenges that come with the creative process, reminding attendees that recognition is built through persistence, collaboration, and a commitment to authentic storytelling.

Events like Filmscape continue to strengthen Chicago's creative network by providing filmmakers, creators, and industry professionals with the resources, relationships, and inspiration needed to move their work forward. More than just a networking event, Filmscape served as a reminder that some of the most valuable opportunities begin with simply showing up, asking questions, and building community.
With that same commitment to championing emerging voices and meaningful storytelling, Creative Cypher will continue building on that momentum at XL Film Fest 2026, where filmmakers from across the country will once again have the opportunity to showcase their work, connect with industry professionals, and celebrate the power of independent film.
