Troy Osborne Pryor is a 2x Emmy-nominated creator, producer, entrepreneur, and media executive known for building platforms that connect culture, entertainment, and opportunity. Across film, television, live events, and digital media, his work has earned industry recognition while helping amplify underrepresented voices and emerging talent.

As Founder & Chairman of Creative Cypher, Pryor has developed a growing ecosystem of media brands and cultural initiatives, including XL Film Fest, Cypher Newsroom, and Dark Berry Productions. His work blends storytelling, strategy, and community-building into a modern entertainment model rooted in inclusion, innovation, and access.

A Chicago native and former University of Illinois linebacker, Pryor has also served in leadership roles with SAG-AFTRA Chicago, the Obama Foundation’s MBK Alliance, and numerous arts and cultural organizations. Whether producing content, mentoring creatives, or shaping industry conversations, his focus remains centered on meaningful cultural impact.
