CELEBRATING 28 YEARS OF THE BLACK HARVEST FILM FESTIVAL

This year was the 28th Annual Black Harvest Film Festival and as always we had a fun time; Troy Pryor and NK GutiÉrrez, President of the Southside Film Festival had the opportunity to sit down with CBS to give them a run down of what was to be expected at this years film festival as well as the history behind its inception. The goal behind this gathering is not to only spark conversations that invoke deep thought and showcase talent from Black creators telling Black stories from a multifaceted point of view but give hope to other Black creatives that also hope to see their work on the big screen some day.  When Creative Cypher acquired the Southside Film Festival, they also created partnerships with EventNoire, Soho House, All Jokes Aside, Parkway Social, along with major brand partners and influencers. This wil not only increase awareness of the festival but it will take it to the next level.  The full clip can be viewed here , bring your family and friends to next year’s festival for more provocative films that are sure to entertain and leave you feeling inspired!
